In order to offer quality merchandise at an affordable price, all sales are final. You will be glad to know that we keep shipping costs to a minimum. Freight charges are exactly what the shipping company quotes us based upon the weight and size of the package.  The final invoice will be in your package. We ship your package Priority Mail with tracking. Saddles are a flat-rate shipping cost which includes insurance on them.  Pricing varies based on the type of saddle or tack you have chosen. Saddles and tack are sold "as is", and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.  We do not offer any guarantees on sold items.
